Maybe you’ve never considered yourself a runner. Maybe you’ve tried before, only to struggle with pacing, soreness or consistency. Or perhaps you simply don’t know where to begin.
The Run the Right Way Clinic gives you the structure, guidance and support to start at your current level. You’ll learn how to build gradually, better understand your body and develop the confidence to keep going.
This isn’t about seeing how hard you can push or simply preparing for one finish line. It’s about learning a smarter, more sustainable approach you can return to as your goals and circumstances change.
